Generating a Pickup Request
arrow_upward
A 'pickup' transaction is used to zero-out a loan balance. It is shared with our trading partner as a 'pickup request' to notify them of the products we will be collecting.

- Open Transactions page.
- Click on a 'loan sent' transaction to our trading partner.
- Click Add Pickup Row. This creates a 'loan received' transaction that:
- Totals trading partner loan balance up to today,
- Marks the transaction as incomplete,
- Generates a received and confirmed timestamp,
- Adds a '->' suffix on receipt number.
- For multi-line transactions, a pickup is generated for each product.
If our trading partner uses 2ic Pallets
