If we are assigned to an existing database, we can create a new one by expanding Reference Data within the navigation menu, and opening Databases page. Otherwise, if this is our first time signing in and we are not assigned a database, it will load to the databases page.
Ensure we are in Databases grid, and click the blue arrow to open the side panel.
Click on New Database tool to expand the dropdown.
Type our database Name.
Click Create. Follow all steps below to complete the database setup.
Ensure we are in Databases grid by expanding Reference Data within the navigation menu, and opening Databases page. Tabs appear at the bottom of the grid, open Supplier Accounts detail grid.
Select our site from the dropdown.
Select our recognised supplier account from the dropdown.
Repeat with our other sites and supplier accounts.
