info

All active trading partners must have a profile assigned.

If there is more than one master data file, profiles need to be standardised in each desktop app data file, ensuring there is an identical list across all master data files. This is because trading partners will be shared across one database in 2ic Pallets web app.

Identify the 2ic Pallets desktop app data file with the most trading partners and this will be imported into the 2ic Pallets web app first, creating a list of trading names that will be used across all accounts. This process will be repeated with the remainder data files.
