Configuring Relocation Profiles

Relocation Profiles define trading rules for relocations, i.e. transactions from on of our sites to another.

1. Expand Reference Data within the navigation menu, open Relocation Profiles page.
2. On a new line, specify the Sender Location or Sender Group and Receiver Location or Receiver Group, with defined settings:

• Is Complete
  • If 'Is Complete' is ticked, the relocation transaction will be marked as complete when keyed.
  • If 'Is Complete' is unticked, the relocation transaction will be marked as incomplete when keyed.
• Is Return Transfer
  • If 'Is Return Transfer' is ticked, the return transaction will be a transfer off rather than a relocation.
• Return Location
  • If 'Return Location' is specified, the return transaction for the site will populate.

Leave sender location and receiver location blank if relocation profile will apply to all sites.

Relocation profiles can apply to a particular location or group. This field is specified against the sites in the Group column in the Locations grid.

Use the keyboard shortcut of Alt + T to create the return transaction.
