Adding Service Centre Locations

Service centre locations are supplier depots where pallets and other packaging products are issued and dehired.

Adding Service Centre Locations link

1. In the navigation menu, expand Reference Data, then open Locations.
2. In a new row, enter required fields for the service centre, i.e. Name, Kind, and Supplier. Optionally specify Code, Email Address, and Phone Number.
3. Optionally expand the Supplier Profiles detail grid and define specific trading rules for the service centre.

Add/Link/Sync from the Service Centre Catalogue link

The Locations page has a Service Centre Catalogue detail grid. It is a list of common service centres that is maintained by the 2ic Software support team.

Processes are similar to Add/Link/Sync from the Trading Partner Catalogue, and sometimes overlap. See Adding Trading Partner Locations for more information.
