Creating Views link

  1. Expand Operations within the navigation menu, open Transactions page.
  2. Set filtering, arrange and hide/unhide columns accordingly.
  3. Click the blue arrow to open the right-sidebar, and expand View.
  4. Select relevant settings, e.g. ‘Sending Date’ defaulted to ‘Today’.
  5. Name our view, and click Create to automatically save and set.

Creating views are not limited to transactions and can be created for most grids.


Updating Views link

  1. Ensure our view is applied. Make any changes within the view.
  2. Open the right-sidebar, and click Update to save the view.

Assigning Views link

  1. Expand Reference Data within the navigation menu, open Views page.
  2. Click View Users tab in the detail grid.
  3. Click the tab and add other users email addresses - this will need to be pasted as there is no dropdown list to select from.
  4. Tick 'Is Super' to allow users to update our view.

Customising Navigation Panel link

Use the 'drag and drop' feature to drag any of the navigator menu items into our Favourites. For our data entry users we recommend Transactions and Locations to be placed under Favourites for easy access.
